      Pros

      Decent hours, better than a fast food job, easy interview, very friendly staff, nice offices. All around nice place to work

      Cons

      Very little oversight or supervision. They aren't very involved in or familiar with the work you'll be doing on site. Pretty poor transition into the position

      Great starting point - the small team exposes you to a ton of different areas/responsibilities.

      Small company - not a ton of upward movement.
