      Good hours and Benefits. Work independently. Provided with a personal desk and computer. Available over time. Post available positions internally before looking outside the company.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of training, high volume of work expected in a short amount of time, inconsistent feedback on quality of work, given "last minute" filed to audit at the very end of the day causing in working late without being paid.

      Pros

      Great learning experience. You will learn a significant amount while working at BDP.

      Cons

      Leadership has drastically declined over the past 10 years. No transparency or communication takes place. Benefits are expensive and below average. Salaries are drastically lower than other companies in the market. Employees are not taken seriously until they put in their two week notice. Upon your two week notice you will then be compensated in a fair manner. BDP has gone from a family / team like environment to being a place where employees feel like a statistic.
