      It can get hectic at times with multiple priorities competing for resources.

      Personal one on one interaction and respected company goals, and standards. President is very personable. Great pay!

      Autonomy Owner is nice Decent mix of products Stable of employees that haven't turned over are competent

      Cons

      Little to no constructive feedback from management Often on credit hold with vendors which delays shipments - typically with no forewarning No talk of career development nor growth Literally no one on the sales staff has been paid any commission in years Financial instability
