Supervisors are "company men" to their core. When asked about raises, we are told "I don't know anywhere else where in a 12 hour shift, you do maybe 6 hours of work, and still get paid for 12 hours." In other words "stop complaining and be greatful for what we give you." There are guys here who have gone 2 years without a raise. Like, period. No cost of living raise, no annual raise, NOTHING.
