Great entry level gig - Chemichal Loader PSC Group Employee Review

I've been employed with SGS 17 months now. Some immediate supervisors are inexperienced in the dept that they are supervising. Hours and positions tend to go towards employees that are buddy buddy with the higher ups. Some employees tend to get multiple warnings for mistakes mad, and other employees will get fired almost immediately for mistakes made. You have to stay on top of your pay raise periods because management will forget when you're due for your pay raise.
