Helpful team of coworkers and shift supervisors, decent pay for the type of work, shift work schedule is a bonus in my opinion, it's a good job to get your foot in the door of the industry and further your career.
Cons
Benefits are below industry average, turnover rate is extremely high, upper management isn't the best.
