Pros
It's the best decision I made 15 years ago, by leaving the Telecommunication area, and now working with third party vendor contracts. I continue to learn in this role, and I feel the company cares about you as a person. We have great leadership in our area, and leaders who are great role models to learn from and help you grow in your career.
Cons
When COVID came into place, it was a struggle not to have the interaction with your team, like when we were in the office, but as time went on, we found ways to interact via Webex. We asked our employees, what could we do better to make them feel like we're still a Team. For me as a leader, there really isn't a cons, because I feel being remote has given me the work, life, balance we as employees all need to be successful at work, and have time for your family. Now remote may not be for everyone, but it has worked for me and for my team.
