Pros
Competitive salary, great potential for growth, diverse team to work with, and interesting work. I can honestly say I enjoy going to work, and it is rewarding to be a part of of a company that values both its employees and maintains continued focus on our customers.
Cons
The interview/on-boarding process can be pretty lengthy, and it can take a while to get up-to-speed, in part because there are so many different groups and internal resources to become familiar with.
