      Pros

      Great Company. They do invest in their employee base and continuously drive development and performance improvement. Company is very process oriented and compliance driven. Safety is super important. The compensation is pretty good. Great group of people to work with.

      Cons

      HR systems are a little fragmented, but you get used to it after you know where to find everything

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
