      Good Benefits, yearly company pip bonus

      Cons

      Overworked and unpaid. Once work is getting done, management doesn't want to hire or increase wages. So they get comfortable and everyone is stretched thin. It's a company that a lot of people stay because of the yearly pip but don't get trapped. You can go somewhere else where you can get your worth.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
