Negative Company Culture - Analyst PSG Employee Review

I felt that the culture was toxic. There seemed to be a lack of trust across the organization, in part because of the turnover (which seemed to be excessive). Also, there seemed to be some longer term employees that acted with a lack of accountability. And, there were a lot of cliques and unnecessary silos. I prefer to work in an environment that is more team-oriented and supportive of open communication.
