The leadership team at the top is very thoughtful and deliberate about the culture and environment they want to have at PSG. It's a hardworking but collaborative space with approachable leadership across the board. Outstanding commitment to culture for a firm in this industry and at this scale. The work is hard, hours are long, but you're in a space where you're happy to make that commitment with the team next to you.
Cons
Keeps growing year over year - might lose the community feel as they grow into one of the largest firms in the country, No sight on when they'll stop scaling or what the north star - steady state is for the firm.
