If you're desperate for work experience that may be relevant to what you want to do, then this place might offer it! However, this is mostly because few others are willing to work there for that salary and under those working conditions.
Cons
- As a diversity employee I never felt comfortable working in an environment where management frequently chose to communicate in Afrikaans. - Very low salary. - Massive staff turnover (some years up to 50%), with remaining staff forced to pick up the slack with no additional compensation. - A "do as I say, and not as I do" mentality by managers. - Managers shout at staff, lose their temper, or make demeaning remarks (verbal abuse). - A lot of false promises by management regarding future pay increases and bonuses. We were always told that the company had a bad year and/or did not meet the (unattainable) performance targets. Then, like clockwork, we were promised high salaries and bonuses the next year "as things should be better next year", which it never was.
