Strong (absolute) focus on bottom line with no regard for employees' work life balance. Pay well below industry average. Job title and actual work performed are uncorrelated. Masters of dangling the hypothetical carrot in front of unhappy employees in order to convince them to stay, unfortunately it only amounts to false promises that rarely result in any real actions by the employer to improve the working conditions and pay of the employees. Ridiculously high employee turnover. Extremely bad corporate culture with the majority of the employees vocal about looking for alternative employment.
