They are very flexible here. Remote culture. Working over the weekend is not the norm. Smart people and everyone willing to help out.
As a company they are always looking for improvement and asking employees at all levels to contribute.

Low salaries. Top of the company is very secretive. Rash management and new product decisions that are not thought through which end up hurting the brand and staff.
