Pros
Relaxed atmosphere, great work/life balance, half day Fridays.
Cons
Pretty old school mentality: afraid to branch out to other industries(although infrastructure and ability is there). Playing catch up on the technology side, but moving forward nonetheless. Previous management was quite rigid, but the recent turnover should help out.
