Pros
- People were nice, felt like being taken care of as a family member. - Projects were fun. Usually there were multiple projects going on. I know there were some successful projects and the others, but most of them were fun to work on. - Very close to downtown San Diego and lots of good places. I used to run outside at lunch time and it was perfect to work out in good weather and beautiful city. - Beer Friday was good. Around 6 pm on every Friday, people get nice food and beer which is very nice to hang out with friends. - Room of Diabetes. I called it that, I don't know how the others calling it. It's a room of full of tasty and sugary food. It's great when you need some sugar, but it's too good sometimes. :) - Picnic, Party. Who doesn't like those?
Cons
- It was more like FAMILY when it was a smaller group around 2010~2011 before it gets bigger. As it gets bigger, I think company needs to make a decision whether it's going to be a solid small group to make fun game like Rocket League, or bigger team for a bigger project with more organized construction.
