Pros

The therapists I worked with were amazing and wonderful coworkers.

Cons

The company is poorly managed and they seem incapable of managing such a huge number of clinics. They micromanage or ignore a problem, never an in between. They can’t keep employees in management positions because they seem to get fed up too. The automating of everything from making appts to authorizing insurance has been nothing but a headache.
