Pros
The work culture is very good in the Tech Support organization.The primary task is to resolve customer calls, which enables you to learn the Windchill product as a whole.
Cons
Being a parent company for Windchill development, the growth is slow in PTC India Office. The US office is exactly opposite to this, there are plenty of opportunity available, in a very shot span of your career.
