When starting this job, there are 3 full months of training, so noone is thrown into a project unprepared. The atmosphere promotes a great amount of teamwork, everyone is willing to help one another. The company is providing a new facility as well.
Cons
The salary is less competitive than surrounding areas. Many people move to Pittsburgh or Morgantown to advance their careers.
