      A great Sales company, every person in the company is focused on supporting sales people and their efforts to sell solutions.

      Cons

      Can be a little short sighted in terms of customer relationships and building long relationships vs. short term gains which can lead to disgruntled customers.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
