      opportunities for promotion good pay good work/life balance (there is such a thing as crunch time, but there's cooldown after that)

      Cons

      lots of organizational and policy changes that are not very well thought out in advance IT/Administrative support has professional standards well below the rest of the company

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
