Pros
A place where innovation is encouraged. PTC doesn't like being static, so it's nice when they relook at everything and are open to making changes (for example, they got rid of reserved spots for the executives so everyone could park anywhere). I've liked my fellow employees here. Work-life balance has been made a priority as well, including the ability to work from home.
Cons
Moving HQ to the Seaportin 2019 is a mixed bag. For those of us living in the suburbs, the commute is going to be brutal.
