Pros
While PTC is medium to large company, because of the numerous teams, groups and products - it can still feel like a smaller company. The company continually reinvents itself for good reasons and good results. The people are great - smart, motivated, friendly and customer and success focused.
Cons
Often times the PTC's corporate eyes are too big for its stomach - underestimating the level of effort, time or money required to accomplish something. The consequences can be grossly under resourcing an effort and being surprised at the disappointing results. To be clear - its more the exception than the norm - but it's a common occurrence.
