Pros
1. Good work from home policy. 2. Good number of leaves are available. 3. PTCU can help in career if you have passion. 4. They have great Products which can help in career.
Cons
1. Night shifts and late night shifts are bad for health 2. Appraisal and promotions are bad. For promotion they do not revise your salary. 3. All Senior Management is in US. So growth opportunity is less. 4. No customer facing or oversees travel possible. So customer exposure is low. 5. No Canteen and long work hours 6. Extremly low job security can get fired any day. You walk in the morning for normal days work and you could get fired without any notice. This is normal for PTC.
