      Good People,Good Culture .Work Life balance in R&D department.Transparency in every decision. Management is approachable

      Very less HR initiative,No fun,No Events,No Onsite opportunities,Growth is limited.Acquiring product knowledge takes time and a person should take at least 1 year time frame to learn.Learning process needs to be improved.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
