Pros
Great benefits in Brazil and good work environment. Loads of travel (LOADS), even though you can try to be a little flexible after you get to know your managers. The products are quite interesting and you might well work in a super cool project (aeronautics, missiles, car manufacturers, so on). Most of the people are really smart and they provide good support in the day to day activities.
Cons
Progress is really (REALLY) slow. Have been there for 4 years and had 1 progression (not promotion). They keep cooking you telling that there is not enough business in the region and that you will have to wait for next FY. I was performing quite well and had good feedbacks. There was not a single promotion in my level during my entire tenure in the company, which seems crazy for me
