Pros
The people that work there are awesome; there are a lot of talented and nice people doing the work. Once you are established the pay is pretty good, benefits are very good as well.
Cons
Every year, Oct/Nov - look out - you might be next to be 'chopped'. They don't evaluate you buy your talents, they compare your salary to someone else who was just acquired or hired, if they have your same title and are making less than you, you could be the one to go...
