Pros
Cool office in Boston, and a decent sales compensation plan.
Cons
Meathead sales culture; Mickey-mouse software company acting like they are Oracle, Siemens or Dassault. Little integrity in management and they like to lay people off w/o stating real reasons. Buck-tooth managers that only utilize forecasts to manage and do actually help reps improve their performance. Cookie-cutter training. Constantly low-balls on salary. Short tenure of sales reps in Central Region. Everyone will likely leave especially now during COVID-19.
