Pros
Great products many coming from acquisitions and becoming integrated, however, they've lost some talented CTO and other top technologists. Talented people, decent benefits, most positions offer flexibility of home office.
Cons
Internal competition between software sales and services makes for friction and not cooperation. Rumors of RIFs and even senior people shaken. Appears to be forsaking engineering roots in favor of pursuing operations market (service life, embedded monitoring IoT). VPs manage upward, rather than leading or inspiring their people. Numbers-driven, rather than focus on customer success.
