Pros

I have worked here for almost 4 years and I plan on staying as long as I can. The biggest pro for working for this big company is the work environment. You can see that the company really does their best to treat their employees well and to make sure that they are staying satisfied. They send out surveys to check on their employees well-being and their satisfaction with the company to see what they can do to improve. We have this weekly event called Socials where you get to relax and socialize with other coworkers. There are free drinks and snacks and it's just a great way to de-stress and relax along with your coworkers. Sometimes, we have themed socials too! The building environment is great (in the main office) with a beautiful scenic view of the city. The benefits are, in my opinion, pretty great as well. You have decent amount of PTO days you can take. You get your birthdays off, 2 floating holidays, and a decent amount of sick days. The community itself is wonderful too. PTC does its absolute best to make sure that everyone feels included no matter what background you came from. Everyone is incredibly accepting and you don't have to hide yourself. You can be true to yourself when coming to PTC. That is one of the biggest reasons why I love working here. The work environment is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and motivated. There's a reason why PTC was voted Boston's Top Places to Work 4 years in a row!

Cons

I honestly can't think of any.

Pros

Flexible, great colleagues, good HR training on goals and objectives

Cons

Depends on the group, toxic culture pockets exist, abusive and bullying behavior is laughed at and accepted rather than corrected, unclear strategy, business unit level vision is lacking, no accountability, several HR complaints against a manager go unaddressed, slow to change, can be chaotic, more interest in checking the box than hitting the right mark.
