Pros
Decent benefits, and depending on your department work-life balance. Helpful co-workers (where they can help)
Cons
Extremely siloed to the point of frustration. Cross communication is like pulling teeth to find the right contact. Lack of transparency even to the mid-levels of the company. They have a great vision but change course so much that the final product never happens. All of these made for a work experience that seemed very lost and disorganized where end goals were nebulous at best.
