      Good benefits, stock plan pats out very well if you stay with the company. Tons of opportunity for ownership of big initiatives if you put in the work and want the responsibility.

      Cons

      “Way we’ve always done it” or “he’s been here for 25 years” mentality make it difficult to drive change.
