Pros
The shopping center in the back of the building is really nice. It provides a good education in hard knocks.
Cons
PTC posts contract positions. They'll negotiate good salaries.They list 6 months or longer to LURE YOU in but as soon as you finish a project( a month or two) they'll look for a reason to get rid of you. NJ is an "At Will" state meaning an employer can terminate you for any reason and PTC takes full advantage of this law or will lie to accomplish their goals. It is a Cult. Its not family orientated and the people there are not nice. They will do anything to keep their jobs in a badly run company.
