      Pros

      Company is financially strong despite the pandemic and agile in its way of doing its business by diversify its portfolio (Energy, Aerospace & Construction). Good working environment with supportive colleague.

      Cons

      Management is micromanage. Management not even trust your work. Its a family company, so only related can be trusted and done a good job. Thats what happen.

      Pros

      There are a lot of interns here, so it’s easy to make friends and feel less awkward at work. The boss is generally nice, but very particular about following the company’s rules — if you stay disciplined, it’s fine.

      Cons

      Some staff can be a bit toxic and like to push others around. The work environment can feel stressful at times because of that. HR and accountant is ok. no problem with them.
