Pulse employees are a group of people who have top-notch abilities and have committed to serve this mission with their gifts. They are pleasant and warm and yet goal-focused and very effective at setting and achieving goals to move the mission forward.

Not always normal M-F work but flexible in light of this.

The people you find at Pulse are unique. They all have a story that has compelled them to do this work, it's less about a paycheck and more about the mission. Although employees are compensated well and accordingly for a traditional para-church organization, which is uncommon.

Work can naturally flow into personal life, due to deep personal relationships made at work and shared values. There are times are Pulse can be overwhelming, but management is looking to make things more seamless to account for busy seasons.
