Really good team, care for their employees, approachable and available sales leadership. Great product and the majority of the sales force is on/above target.

Growing pains don't spare any organization, but none that are impossible to overcome. There are shifts in process and systems that have to happen as the company grows and those seem to be happening before the situation is critical.

Good company to start your career. Some good projects with company.

An employee should be allocated project based on their skills and interests and not be just put on any irrelevant project
