Pros
- Ability to work on different projects across depts - Flexibility in schedule - Overall culture and colleagues. They are some of the most talented and brightest that i've ever had the pleasure of working with and building with.
Cons
Salary needs to be more a lot more competitive and up to par for the amount of work that is delegated. Hopefully, as the company grows this changes.
