At my previous company, the work environment, values and culture was fantastic. Everyone on the team was really helpful and we all worked well together. I got to learn a lot of new things. Plus, they were flexible with our schedules, so it was easier to balance work and life. The team bonding activities were amazing too, which made the workplace feel even more like a family. Overall, it was a really positive place to work where they made sure to appreciate their employees.

The collaborative decision-making process, while fostering teamwork, occasionally led to slower progress on projects. Additionally, the emphasis on continuous learning, though beneficial for personal growth, posed challenges in keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies.
