Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, and you meet a lot of interesting people in the beer business. Plus. your get paid to sell beer! Growing brand portfolio and could be a great job if you have the right direct supervisor.

Cons

Too many variables out of your control to hit yearly bonus. Too much travel and basically live out of your car, and not many opportunities for advancement unless your willing to relocate. HR is difficult to get answers in a timely manner and training is pretty much non-existent.

When I first joined, the culture felt cool, fun, and genuinely collaborative. The coworkers were friendly, and in the San Antonio office especially, the environment was laid-back but still fast-paced and productive. It was the kind of place where people worked hard but enjoyed being part of the team. Over time, that culture has shifted significantly. There now seems to be constant chaos, with ownership lacking a clear, consistent vision for the company’s direction. The frequent restructuring and layoffs have created an ongoing sense of instability, making it feel like a high-risk environment for anyone hoping to build long-term tenure. Additionally, leadership feels increasingly disconnected from day-to-day realities. Decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic, which has made it harder to feel aligned or confident in the company’s future.
