Pros

It's a fun brand if you have direct management that embraces what PBR is really about. Not the case with me unfortunately. Pay is decent.

Cons

Upper level management is filling up with ex-big beer execs who seem disconnected from the brand. The company continues to grow with each passing year yet budgets have shrunk all while extremely aggressive distribution and volume goals are set forth. Its all business of course but to me (and others still there) it feels like they are lining things up to sell the company. PBR is brewed at Miller-Coors breweries. Yes, PBR does not have a brewery. It kind of takes away some of its credibility in my opinion and I fear many core consumers have no idea.

Pros

Unlimited vacation (30 days) be sure to take it.

Cons

When I first joined, the culture felt cool, fun, and genuinely collaborative. The coworkers were friendly, and in the San Antonio office especially, the environment was laid-back but still fast-paced and productive. It was the kind of place where people worked hard but enjoyed being part of the team. Over time, that culture has shifted significantly. There now seems to be constant chaos, with ownership lacking a clear, consistent vision for the company’s direction. The frequent restructuring and layoffs have created an ongoing sense of instability, making it feel like a high-risk environment for anyone hoping to build long-term tenure. Additionally, leadership feels increasingly disconnected from day-to-day realities. Decisions often seem reactive rather than strategic, which has made it harder to feel aligned or confident in the company’s future.
