Cons
Lack of structure and consistency- chaotic. Accept any girl, whether a good fit for center or not, to meet quotas. This puts students and teachers at risk, and academic progress for each girl in jeopardy. Pervasive, negative atmosphere. Staff morale low, girls sense the dis-connect between staff and management. Constantly short staffed, lots of substitutes.
