The students are great. Challenging, yes. Stressful, at times. THEY are what we are here for. Location to location WIDELY varies in terms of stability, trust, integrity, largely depending on local leadership. The more involved HQ is, the lower the rating and stability
Cons
Executive Level Leadership. Problems get identified, then fingers pointed, then attempt to resolve by making the same changes that were previously attempted under different names and/or getting rid of high quality people who care and work hard but don't fit into the good old girl network
