Pros
Good for freshers. Can learn something. For experience its not a right place to be here. Can have a experiences with Server, Desktop support and some IT technical knowledges. Only 5 working days in a week.
Cons
Not a reasonable salary. They will deduct some salary amount for deposit(Reason :- You should server for at least 2 yrs, then they will return back) Management will not thing in employers side. Company atmosphere is not good. Treat you like a school students. More restrictions and Partiality.
