Pros
I have worked at Pacia Life for over three years. Awesome culture and people! I love seeing young adults work through challenges and the light in their eyes once they finally start experiencing success in their lives. The culture here is for sure a work hard, innovate, find solutions culture. However, the autonomy and trust in the culture is for sure a highlight!
Cons
A few of the students can act pretty immature at times. However, I guess that is why they are here in the first place.
