Pros
Great company and team of people! The culture is a work hard, play hard, live life to the fullest. Very little turn over in our staff over the years.
Cons
Not everyone is cut out to work with some of the more challenging clients. The good news is that even the more challenging clients in the beginning really do well after the first 4 to 6 months. The process really does work but can take a lot of patience in the beginning.
