Pros
Very dedicated and intelligent co-workers, exciting industry, decent pay, a place where you can still make a nice career starting from the bottom.
Cons
Corporate values (narrow, antiquated definition of the bottom line), short sighted leadership, incredibly understaffed, too conservative, employees are not seen as assets, leadership thinks that no one can tell that they fein interest in things other than maximizing roi (sustainability, diversity, corporate culture) but they aren't fooling anyone
