Cons
Majority of managers are only managing up, and not working to support their employees. Company is understaffed in critically important functions of the business, and large amount of talented staff is leaving because there are better working conditions and better opportunities elsewhere. The company strives for large impressive projects, but has no cohesive plan to execute. Project management is lacking around the company. Majority of company senior management is wholly uninspiring, and doesn’t know how to connect with its workforce in any meaningful way.
