      Pros

      Very good pay, good benefits, great people that I work with, great flexibility and many good ethics and values.

      Cons

      Parent company leadership doesn't seem to listen to those on the front lines and seems to rule by fear rather than cooperation. However, having said this, local leadership is great.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
