PacifiCorp has many positions open. They are a stable company that will be around a long time.
Cons
Medical benefits continue to increase. Working while on personal time occurs. Hours of work can be extensive. The annual incentive plan is part of "total compensation." The incentive is discretionary and don't count on receiving the target payout despite solid or exceptional performance. Leadership may provide directives that show disregard for advice given by a subject matter expert. Talk with current employees prior to hiring on. Understand why many nonunion and union positions are open. There are reasons.
